Prices
3. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.
Delivery services
4. Delivery is chargeble. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.
Payment Processing
5. We only accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, NETS & Corporate cheque payments.
6. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed. 7. We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, We will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either: offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. or If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, We will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.
Confirmation of Orders
8. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Exchange & Refunds
9. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR BALLOON BOUQUET / BALLOON DELIVERY SERVICES
All prices in Singapore Dollars. Balloon bouquet OR Balloon Delivery services require a minimum purchase of $65.00 worth of balloons, not including candy or non-balloon gift items. If not exceed $65, we have the rights to cancel or reject the order. A. Standard Delivery Service All orders have to come in by 9am to guarantee same day delivery. We offer 2 time frames for Standard Delivery service -
10am to 12pm
1pm to 6pm
The delivery charge for standard service is $20 in most part of Singapore. The delivery charge will appear on the order summary page and can be viewed before submitting the order. Kindly note that an additional charge of $10 will be levied for the following restricted areas:
- Airport Passenger Terminals & Cargo Complexes
- All military camps
- All PSA ports, including Singapore Cruise Centre
- Selected universities' & other tertiary institutions' campuses
- Jurong Island & Sentosa & NSRCC B. Special Delivery Service - When Timing is Critical
In cases where a tighter delivery time frame is desired, Special Delivery Service may be available for the following additional charges (added to the standard delivery charge). These charges may be higher during periods of high demand like Valentine's Day.
Any 3 hour period, between 9am and 7pm - $20 delivery surcharge
Any 2 hour period, between 9am and 7pm - $20 delivery surcharge
Any 1 hour period, between 9am and 7pm - $25 delivery surcharge
Any 30 minute period, between 9am and 7pm - $45 delivery surcharge
Special Delivery Service must be requested by phone and is subject to the availability of the desired time slot. Once the order is accepted the selected delivery time is guaranteed. C. Specific Time Delivery
Should you need an item to be delivered at a specific time (e.g. 11.57am), please contact us at 6314-2850 for your order. Delivery with specific timing will be at a surcharge of $30.00 depending on the availability of delivery drivers. D. Redirection of Order A surcharge of $15.00 will be imposed for each re-direction of orders. In most circumstances, we would leave the item with the recipient's neighbours, colleagues, doorstep or whichever possible, unless otherwise instructed. SUBSTITUTION POLICY Balloons R Us reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability. We would ensure that items replaced will either be of equivalent or of a higher value. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES If you are unsatisfied with the balloon arrangement that you receive, Balloons R Us will either replace the arrangement or give you a full refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition.
Items sold are not exchangeable except for items received with defects. In this case, Balloons R Us will replace the defective items at no extra charge.
