Why do you collect deposit?
We collect the deposit as a security you will return us our equipment in good order within the rental period. The price we charge is for the gas , not the equipment. To purchase our equipment please enquire in store.

What if I lost or damage the equipment loan to me?
For loss we will charge $250 for the tank & $150 for the adapter. For damage of adapter ,we will charge the cost of repairing it , from $20 to $50.

What if I don’t get the number of balloons promised?
It is not possible to guarantee the number of balloons you will inflate with the helium-as it depends on the person filling the balloons. The figures given are those that can be achieved with correct balloon inflation technique and the size of the balloons you use.

Is the helium cylinder explosive?
Helium gas is an inert gas. It does not react with anything. However as the helium we supplied is stored in a pressurized cylinder, they can explode if exposed to extreme hot temperature. Remove it from your car if you are going to place your car in a hot , unshaded car park.
